The office building with 11 floors (4.410m2), 18 internal garage, workshop, basements, warehouses, its own power station, yard area 825 m2 and parking space of 2,315 m2.
The reconstruction included all civil and civil-crafts work, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing and sewerage installations.
The building was built with high quality special modern technology.
Special emphasis during the construction was on security systems.
